You will receive an email order confirming after successfull transaction placed. Please also check your spam folders if you can’t find the email in your inbox. Furthermore you can login to your Account and check the status of your order.
Please login to account to change your address. You can not change the address for a shipment that has already been shipped.
You can create a new password within your account.
You can cancel your order as long as it haven’t been paid and shipped yet. If we’ve already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if it has not been been shipped. Please login to your account and check your Order Status to see if we can still cancel your order.
